Awarded with a Gold Medal at the 2010 Concours General Agricole in Paris, this excellent oil is slightly grassy, fruity and lightly bittersweet. The finish is a very pleasant "light peppery". The current batch was awarded a gold medal "Medaille d'Or Paris 2010" carried out under the control of the French Agriculture Ministry. Only 8% of the selected participants receive "gold".

Our Agora extra virgin olive oil was sold out in late July 2011. Winner of the "Best of Greece" category at the 10th International Olive Congress in Zurich recently, this golden yellow oil is extractly only from Koroneiki olives on the island of Kronos
VOM FASS "Santini" extra virgin olive oil is awarded again the 2011 DLG (German Agricultural Society) Gold Medal. These Tuscan olives are hand-picked and pressed using traditional methods. 100 kg of olives produces only about 17 liters of oil that is un-filtered. This natural oil is remarkably low in acidity and is exclusive to VOM FASS.
The "Aceto Balsamico di Modena Tradizional" balsamic vinegar can legally only be produced in 2 regions authorized by the Italian government, i.e. Modena and Reggio Emilia. This little gem from Modena carries the seal of the consortium (Consorzio Tra Produttori di Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale di Modena) and the Italian government designation D.O.C (Denominazione di Origine Controllata). With only about 3000 gallons of tradizional balsamic vinegar produced each year, every bottle is registered and numbered to guarantee its authenticity.
